sixer6 prohibits all forms of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to collusion, match-fixing, bonus abuse, money laundering, use of automated betting software ("bots"), and deliberate exploitation of software errors. Accounts found engaged in prohibited activities will be closed immediately and funds frozen pending investigation. sixer6 cooperates fully with law enforcement where relevant.
sixer6 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds. Users may be required to submit identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Processing times vary by payment method as specified in Section 7 of these Terms.

Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their account and/or via a platform notification. 3.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and must update your account details promptly whenever your information changes. Registration using false information, including a false name, date of birth, or contact details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure.
3.4 Single Account. Each individual may hold only one active sixer6 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited regardless of the circumstances of their creation. sixer6 uses automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts.
3.5 Restricted Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to register or hold an account on sixer6: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) employees, contractors, agents, and family members of sixer6 or its affiliated entities; (c) persons who have been self-excluded or otherwise banned from the platform; (d) persons acting as agents or nominees on behalf of ineligible persons.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sixer6 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify sixer6 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account. sixer6 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
4.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your sixer6 account, whether or not you personally authorised the activity. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested from your account.
4.4 Inactive Accounts. sixer6 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administrative fee to accounts that have remained inactive — defined as no login activity — for a period of 12 consecutive months or more. Users will be notified via registered email before any fee is applied.
5.1 Accepted Methods. sixer6 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and standard domestic bank transfer. The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change and the current accepted methods are displayed on the sixer6 platform at the time of deposit.
5.2 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts are set per payment method and are displayed on the deposit page. sixer6 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds at any time.
5.3 Currency. All accounts on sixer6 are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency conversion is applied to deposits made via Pakistani payment methods.
5.4 Third-Party Deposits. Deposits must be made from a payment account in your own name. sixer6 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts and will return any such deposits to the source account, less any applicable processing charges.
5.5 Deposit Limits. sixer6 provides tools allowing users to set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits on their account as part of the responsible gaming framework. Once set, deposit limits can be reduced immediately but can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
6.1 Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers on sixer6 are subject to individual eligibility criteria, including but not limited to: (a) minimum qualifying deposit amount; (b) new player versus returning player status; (c) geographic eligibility; and (d) absence of previous bonus abuse.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. All sixer6 bonuses carrying wagering requirements must have those requirements fully satisfied before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. 6.3 Abuse of Bonuses. sixer6 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematically low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal variance; coordinated bonus exploitation across multiple accounts; and repeated bonus claiming without genuine gaming activity. sixer6 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, forfeit associated winnings, and close accounts found to be abusing promotional offers.
6.4 One Welcome Bonus. The welcome bonus or first-deposit bonus is a one-time offer available exclusively to new sixer6 accounts at the time of their first qualifying deposit. It may not be claimed multiple times under any circumstances.
7.1 Eligible Funds. Only real-money account balances — excluding any unconverted bonus funds — are eligible for withdrawal from sixer6. Bonus funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements may not be withdrawn.
7.2 KYC Verification. sixer6 requires KYC verification before processing withdrawal requests above applicable thresholds. KYC documentation requirements may include: national identity card (CNIC), proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of the payment method to be used for the withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC within 14 days of request will result in withdrawal suspension.
7.3 Processing Times. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval during standard business hours. HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers are typically processed within 1 to 3 business hours. These are target timescales and not contractual guarantees — sixer6 shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.
7.4 Withdrawal to Own Accounts Only. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching your sixer6 account details. Withdrawal to third-party accounts is strictly prohibited.
7.5 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per period. Current limits are displayed on the withdrawal page of the sixer6 platform. sixer6 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
8.1 General. All bets placed and games played on sixer6 are subject to the applicable game-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall apply to the conduct of individual games.
8.2 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a system error, software malfunction, or technical failure affecting the outcome of a game or the calculation of odds, sixer6 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players' accounts. sixer6 shall not be obligated to honour bets placed or winnings accrued as a result of a clearly erroneous display of odds or game state.
8.3 Accepted Bets Are Final. Once a bet is confirmed as accepted by the sixer6 platform, it may not be cancelled or amended by the user. It is the user's sole responsibility to verify bet details — including stake, selection, and odds — before confirming any wager.
8.4 Maximum Payout. sixer6 applies maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per account. Current maximum payout limits are displayed on the platform. sixer6 reserves the right to limit payouts for any individual user at its sole discretion.
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the sixer6 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential legal action:
10.1 Ownership. All content on the sixer6 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, design elements, software, game interfaces, text, images, and audio — is the intellectual property of sixer6 or its licensed content providers. No rights or licences in any sixer6 intellectual property are transferred to users by these Terms.
10.2 Permitted Use. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sixer6 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
10.3 Restrictions. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works from any content or software on the sixer6 platform without express prior written consent from sixer6.

12.2 Self-Exclusion. Any sixer6 user may request self-exclusion — a temporary or permanent suspension of their account access — by contacting sixer6's 24/7 live chat support. Self-exclusion requests for periods of 6 months or more will be treated as permanent. 13.1 Platform Provided "As Is". The sixer6 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. sixer6 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.
13.2 Exclusion of Consequential Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sixer6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from technical failures, data breaches attributable to your failure to secure your own credentials, or market-related factors affecting in-play betting.
13.3 Maximum Liability Cap. Where applicable law does not permit total exclusion of liability, sixer6's total aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the total sum of real-money deposits made by that user to their sixer6 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.4 Gambling Losses. sixer6 accepts no liability for any gambling losses incurred by users in the normal course of gaming on the platform. All games and betting markets carry inherent risk of loss, which users accept upon engaging with those products.
14.1 Internal Complaints. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the sixer6 service, you should first contact sixer6's customer support team via live chat or email. sixer6 targets an initial response to all complaints within 2 hours and aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days.
14.2 Escalation. If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by sixer6's customer support team, you may request escalation to sixer6's internal disputes management team. All relevant correspondence, account history, and evidence must be submitted at the time of escalation.
14.3 Final Decisions. sixer6's decisions regarding account closures, bonus forfeiture, and bet voidings are final where sixer6 can demonstrate that a breach of these Terms has occurred. Where sixer6 cannot demonstrate such a breach, escalated complaints will be reviewed on their individual merits.
15.1 Termination by User. You may close your sixer6 account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to account closure, any outstanding real-money balance will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC where required.
15.2 Termination by sixer6. sixer6 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC; inactivity; regulatory requirements; or any other reason sixer6 deems appropriate.
15.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account termination, your licence to use the sixer6 platform is immediately revoked. Any outstanding real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you after satisfactory completion of the relevant verification and withdrawal process, unless the account was closed due to fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms that justifies forfeiture.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the sixer6 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which sixer6 holds its international gaming licence. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights to which users may be entitled under the laws of their country of residence.
